You can have it all catered to your home, place of business, picnic, wedding or any occasion. Carlos1800™ Catering is available only in THE METHOW VALLEY CATERING, small family gatherings in your home, business meetings, weddings, church socials and any event that may require on site food catering service. Depending on your particular catering needs, we are prepared to provide you with suggested menu items and various serving methods (buffet service and/or table service). Carlos1800™ Restaurant is available for private parties at no extra charge. We can seat 50 to 80 people indoors for events held in our restaurant. (Capacity summer full restaurant 225 people, winter 160 people).Whether you are planning a luncheon for a large corporate gathering or throwing a small party, Carlos1800™ can provide a delicious meal to please your crowd.
We pride ourselves on our personal, friendly service, and will work with you to create a menu that meets your needs and fits your budget. We are happy to either provide wait service for your event or drop food off to you in insulated disposable trays. Our menu offers many options for vegetarians and those with special dietary needs; ask us how we can meet yours. Delivery may be scheduled between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.; our reasonable delivery charges are based on location, and delivery is free within six mile radius of Carlos1800™.
